As you think back on today's chapter, think of the people who serve in leadership positions where you attend church or where you know people who are leaders to some degree in their church settings. Do you believe that the church is failing us sometime in not vetting leadership as they should according to the Scriptures? What kind of impact would it be to our young people if the leadership were truly of these highest qualities that Paul said they need to be.
