We have an inheritance reserved in heaven for us; it is undefiled and will not fade away. Jesus told His disciples that He would go away to prepare a place for them and He would return to take them there. Because of these great promises, we are exhorted by Peter to live a life full of hope and obedience, even if we are distressed by trials. How has this chapter encouraged your faith today?
