Why is it possible to face
the unknown future without fear? Because we know that God will be there with uuus to guide & protect us & will never leave us alone.

Read & comment on:
Joshua 1:5 - This is God's promise to Joshua & also to us that he will always be with us and that are enemys will not overtake us if we are strong & of good courage.
Compare and comment on:
Matthew 28:20 - Jesus is telling his disciples to teach the people to obey his laws & that he will be with them always to the close of age.
Hebrews 13:5-6 - Here it tells us to keep our lives free from love of money, and be content with what we have for God has said" I will never fail you or forsake you."
I find it a great comfort knowing if I follow the Lords teachings he will be by my side through everything I may have to endure. He is the one person we can always count on.
How can you apply this to your life? ... I will pray more that God would help me to keep on the path of his kingdom rather then things of this earth. Also when I am going through a difficult time I can turn to these verses and remember God's promise to never forsake me.

In order to have a happy & successful life we must always be caeful to live by God's laws and not waver from them. If we do this God has promised he will never forsake us.
Your prayer for today:
Dear Heavenly Father I thank you for your promise to never forsake those who obey your laws and live only for you. Help me to only live for you and always have my eye on the final reward which is eternity in your kingdom. Let me not dwell on the things of man but on you.
Thank you for forgiving me when I fall short of what you expect of me and help me to grow ever stronger as a Christian each day.
Amen

It would be great to take the time to look up the verses and answers the short survey each day. I think this will be a great guide to helping you journal your thoughts. Usually once you begin to open up on a subject, more things come to your mind to say or pray about.
