  7. During the time they prophesy, what happens to anyone that tries to harm them? vs. 5
  8. What do the 2 witnesses have power to do? vs. 6 - Name 3 things
  9. What will happen when they finish their testimony for 1260 days? vs.7 ... Who will make war with them? ... What will he do to them? vs. 7 - Name 3 things
  10. Where will their dead bodies lie? vs.8
  11. What happened in that place historically? vs.8
  12. How long will all the people from all over the world look upon them and not allow them to be buried? vs.9 Note - This is not hard to understand how so many could look upon them but we have satellites that get the t.v. picture out all over on the world news.
  13. How will the world celebrate their deaths? vs. 10
  14. Why are they celebrating their deaths? vs. 10
  15. What happened 3-1/2 days later that made great fear come upon those who were watching their dead bodies? vs. 11
  16. A loud voice from heaven said to them "Come up here." Who saw them as they ascended into the cloud? vs. 12

  20. The second woe (6th trumpet) has past. ... Behold, the third woe (7th trumpet) is coming quickly thereafter. (vs.14)... When the 7th angel sounded, what did the loud voices from heaven say? vs. 15
  21. The 24 elders who sit on their thrones before God will fall on their faces and worship Him. (vs.16) What will they be saying? vs. 16
  22. What has the Lord begun to do at this point? vs. 17 Hasn't He always reigned? What do you think this might mean? (put your thinking caps on)
  23. The nations were enraged ... God's wrath came ... and then what was it time for? vs. 18b - Name 2 things
  24. Who would be destroyed? vs. 18c
  25. The temple of God which is in heaven will be opened. What will appear there at that time? vs. 19a
  26. What will follow the flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder? vs. 19b - Name 2 things
  27. So what we are seeing as the temple in heaven is opened is a representation of God's final judgment. Will you be among the saints who feared His Name and therefore receive reward rather than judgment? Everyone in Christ Jesus will be rewarded at that time. Satan thought he had killed the witnesses just like he thought he had killed the Christ. Just like Christ, these were dead 3 days and then were raised by God, and just like Christ, they watched them go into heaven in bodily form just as they saw Christ ascend into the clouds as well. The Gospel message was made clear to those who had ears to hear and eyes to see what the Lord was explaining to them.
  28. Summarize the chapter and post a prayer if you would like.
